Announced by Nakheel on 20 August 2026, this Frond F release comprises 44 beachfront villas in ten architectural designs at Palm Jebel Ali. The residences offer direct access to the beach and views of the Arabian Gulf. The Beach Collection includes 5- and 6-bedroom homes of approximately 7,500–8,500 sq ft. The Coral Collection offers 6- and 7-bedroom homes of approximately 11,500–12,500 sq ft. Designs involve NAGA Architects, SAOTA, LW Design Group and LOCI Architecture.
